Terms of Service
These terms cover work ordered from AG Digital Automation ("we"). A written quote or invoice you accept is the agreement; these terms fill in what the quote doesn't say.
Quotes and payment
- Every project has a fixed price stated before work starts. Websites are a one-time fee; content and follow-up services are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
- Third-party costs are not included unless the quote says so: software subscriptions, domains, hosting after handover, SMS/phone usage, ad spend.
What you provide
- Access to the accounts the work is built in, or permission to create them in your name.
- Accurate facts about your business. We do not invent claims, reviews or results.
- Approval of drafts. Nothing customer-facing goes live without your sign-off.
Ownership
When paid in full, you own the deliverables: the website files, the videos, the copy, and the automations built in your accounts. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
AI-generated material
Some video scenes and voice-overs are AI-generated. Where used, this is disclosed to you, and we recommend disclosing it to your audience where a platform requires it.
Revisions and support
Websites include 30 days of edits after launch. Video ads include one revision round. Follow-up systems include 30 days of monitoring. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
Limits
We build and maintain the tools; results depend on your market, your pricing and how you handle the leads. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected work.
Governing law
Illinois law applies. Disputes go first to a good-faith conversation, then to the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
