Privacy Policy
AG Digital Automation ("we", "us") builds follow-up systems and video ads for local service businesses. This page explains what information we collect through anthonygigovski.com and the tools connected to our business accounts, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Inquiry form: the name, email address, business name and message you choose to send us.
- Booking: if you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Email you send us: we keep correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
- Site analytics: if you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you (IP addresses are anonymized). Decline the notice and no analytics cookies are set. Hosting logs from Netlify (IP address, browser type) exist either way. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or deliver work you ordered.
- To operate systems we build for clients inside the client's own accounts, on the client's instructions.
- We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run our business (email, hosting, scheduling, payment processing).
Social media and connected apps
We publish content to our own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts using Meta and other platform APIs. Those connections access only our own business pages and the content we post. We do not collect or store personal data of people who view or interact with those posts beyond what the platforms show to every page owner.
Email outreach
If we email a business address listed publicly on that business's website, every message includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply "stop" and we will not email you again.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing anthony@anthonygigovski.com.
Data deletion
To request deletion of any data connected to you, including data received through Meta platforms, email anthony@anthonygigovski.com with the subject "Data deletion". We will confirm within 30 days.
